Team

We believe that a good teacher is one who not only imparts knowledge, but above all listens, understands and inspires. Each member of our team brings to the kindergarten their unique skills, experience and, above all, their love for children. We are a team of people who do their work with their hearts. Together we create a kindergarten where children and parents go with a smile.

Monika

Head teacher and preschool education guarantor

Monika works as the head teacher and guarantor of preschool education in the kindergarten and childcare groups. After studying at secondary and university pedagogical schools, she helped establish the LADA kindergarten and childcare groups. Besides managerial activities, she prepares morning educational programs, leads musical activities and preschool prep. She has devoted her entire professional life to working with children and enjoys music, swimming, hiking, and traveling.

Eva

English language teacher

Eva is originally from Slovakia. After graduating from high school, she went abroad where she worked as an au pair and gained lots of experience and excellent knowledge of English. She has lived in Prague for 15 years and after returning from abroad worked in an international company. Eva joined our team after maternity leave. She leads morning learning activities, including playful everyday English lessons. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and going on nature trips.

Klara

Teacher of music and art education

Klara is certified as a caregiver for children in childcare groups. She originally studied at an art school and after graduation worked as a graphic designer. She designed puzzles and board games for children. She also studied piano for eight years at a basic art school and has an excellent knowledge of English. She prepares daily programs in Czech and English for children and enjoys creating and singing with them. In her free time, she enjoys reading and drawing, and she studies preschool and out-of-school pedagogy by distance learning.

Radka

Teacher of music and movement activities

Radka joined our team after studying at a pedagogical lyceum and mostly works with younger children in the kindergarten. She enjoys singing with children, leads music and movement activities, and playfully teaches children to explore the surrounding world. In her free time, she likes to go to cultural events and enjoys baking and cooking.

Maryna

Teacher of English and healthy lifestyle

Maryna comes from Ukraine and has lived in Prague for 3 years. She has rich experience from various childcare camps and attended many courses related to healthy lifestyles. She speaks English and prepares daily programs in English for children. She worked as a leisure activities teacher at a Waldorf school and as an assistant caregiver for preschool children at an international school in Prague. She loves teaching children new things all the time. She completed a Czech language course for teachers at B1 level. In her free time, she enjoys baking and preparing healthy smoothies and juices.

Veronika

Teacher of art and creative activities

Veronika started working with children after maternity leave. She completed courses for caregivers for children before compulsory school attendance and for children in childcare groups. She focuses mainly on artistic creation and leads all art and creative activities with children, in addition to the daily morning programs. She enjoys spending her free time in nature.

Michaela

Teacher of art, physical education and music

Michaela graduated from the pedagogical lyceum and is currently studying Primary Teacher Training and Special Education at Palacký University in Olomouc. During her studies, she took part in two trips abroad (to Spain and Malta) as part of the Erasmus+ project, where she got to know the local school system in primary and kindergarten schools. She participates in the creation of the educational program and enjoys leading art, physical and musical activities with children. In her free time, she enjoys studying foreign languages, traveling and reading books.

Oksana

English language teacher

Oksana comes from Ukraine. She graduated from the Drohobych Ivan Franko State Pedagogical University with a degree in English language teaching and has been working in education for 10 years. She works as an English teacher in our kindergarten. She enjoys singing with children and leading musical, physical, cognitive and art activities in English. In her free time, she enjoys reading, drawing and visiting historical museums.
