Dear parents, thank you for your interest in our LADA kindergarten and childcare groups. To enroll your child, several essential documents are required. We have prepared a simple overview to make the entire process easy and clear.

  • Kindergarten registration form – mandatory – HERE
  • Application for CCG PRAGUE 1 – Senovážné náměstí or Bolzanova Street – HERE
  • Application for Kindergarten PRAGUE 10 – Vršovice – HERE
  • For self-employed parents – confirmation – HERE
  • For employed and supported persons – confirmation – HERE
